VAPING and E-CIGARETTE
CAN CAUSE POPCORN LUNGS !
"Popcorn Lungs" also known as "Bronchiolitis
Obliterans" can be caused by vaping and e-cigarettes. While some
scientists are researching the effects of some of the chemicals
used in e-cigarettes. I am showing here a video to illustrate what
I believe to be two serious problems with vaping and e-cigarettes.
First, the temperature of the vapor (smoke). And second, the
density of the vapor (smoke). Proper use of a Bong or Water Pipe,
significantly reduce these two problems.
For simplicity, in this page, when I mention smoke, I mean smoke
or vapor. And when I mention vaping I am referring to vaping of
medicinal cannabis, e-cigarettes, or any other substance (in oil
or plant material).
For the experiment/demonstration I used a vaping pen connected to
a bong (via a plastic tube). Similar to the image bellow, except
that I did not use water so that we can better observe the smoke.

Prior to seen the video, look at these two
images. And notice, in the closeup detail, how the smoke is
pouring (flowing) like a liquid.

And notice, in the 1 minute video, how the
smoke is so dense that it starts to behave like a liquid. If it
goes directly from the vaping pen to your lungs, is similar to
pouring hot liquid into your lungs. That can cause burn type
scaring of lung tissue.
