STAYING SANE THROUGH EXERCISE
For a few months, we were working 12 hours ON and 12 hours OFF,
indoors, sitting most of the time.
Therefore, when we were off duty, we would find some physical
activity to keep us physically and mentally sane.
SOME WOULD THROW BASEBALLS


OTHERS PREFERRED FOOTBALLS






SOME WOULD PRACTICE FREE STYLE WRESTLING


AND SOME WOULD LIFT WEIGHTS

AND SOME WOULD, ALSO, EXERCISE THEIR BRAIN
